Can I modify or cancel my order?
Your order will be processed as soon as your order is placed. Hence, all
successful orders are not allowed to be modified or cancelled.
I haven't received my order. What should I do?
You can check your tracking information in the email we have sent to you confirming your order has been shipped. Please check your tracking before contacting us as this will show you where your parcel is. If you cannot find your tracking details please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to help!
I received the wrong item
Oh no! We're sorry you have received an incorrect/damaged product. Please email us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number along with a photo of what was received.
My order is missing
Please check with the courier, members of your household and neighbors if your item is delivered. Unfortunately, we will not be responsible for any missing or lost item that occurs during the delivery process as it is beyond our handling.

Is my payment information safe?
Payment information is processed securely by accredited third parties such as iPay88 (South East Asia’s Leading Payment Company) & PayPal. No payment information is transferred to us or held by us. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.
Is PayPal or other e-Wallets accepted?
Yes. Payments using PayPal or e-Wallets can be made via iPay88 (South East Asia’s Leading Payment Company). Please visit iPay88 website for list of E-Wallets available.
How do I track the delivery of my order?
Yay! You are so close to receiving your goodies. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your package’s journey to you.
If you have an account with us, you can also access the tracking number for your order there, once it becomes available. You can locate this information under your Account Details, where your full order history is accessible.
Why is my order unfulfilled?
No need to worry, unfulfilled just means your order is processing and has not yet shipped! Once your order ships, it will be marked as Fulfilled/Shipped. You'll receive an email with tracking once this happens!
Do you ship to my country?
We are definitely looking to expand to other countries! If you are really interested in our product, just let us know at email@example.com and we might send it to your country!
Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box address?
Unfortunately, no. Since we are using a courier service to ship your order and they might require recipient's signature for proof of delivery, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. :(
Do I have to pay for custom/duty fees?
Customers are responsible for all custom and/or import fees charged. These fees are determined and imposed by the country and territory of delivery. Each country's Customs and Import regulations are different. Hence, we recommend contacting your local customs agency for more information.
These fees are not included in your Snazzy Cosmetics order and/or shipping total. Snazzy Cosmetics assumes no responsibility for duties incurred on discounted, promotional or giveaway items. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
We only accept returns if the items you received is not what you ordered or damaged. Please note that duties, taxes and shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not provide return labels, and the shipping cost for return item is at the customer's expense.
