How can I track my order?
Yay, your package is on its way! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your goodies as they make their journey home to you.
If you’ve created an account with us, you’ll also be able to find your tracking details anytime under your Account, along with your full order history.
I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
First, check your shipping confirmation email, it includes a tracking number so you can see where your package is along its journey.

Why is my order unfulfilled?
No worries, “unfulfilled” simply means your order is still being processed and hasn’t shipped yet. Once it’s on its way, it’ll be marked as “Fulfilled,” and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
I received the wrong item
Oh no, we’re so sorry about that! If you received the wrong or a damaged item, please email us at help@snazzycosmetics.com as soon as you can with your order number and a clear photo of what you received.
My order is missing
If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with your courier, household members, or neighbors—it’s often closer than you think.
As a small brand, we’re unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit, as delivery is handled by third-party carriers. That said, if you need help figuring things out, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll do our best to support you.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it’s processed quickly to ensure everything gets to you as soon as possible. Because of this, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations after the order is confirmed.

We’re slowly expanding our shipping options and would love to reach more corners of the world. If you’re interested in placing an order but don’t see your country listed at checkout, feel free to reach out to us at help@snazzycosmetics.com—we’ll do our best to find a way to get it to you!

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and what’s in your order. No surprises, you’ll always see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you place your order.
Do I have to pay for customs or duty fees?
Yes, any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs office and vary from country to country.
Since these fees aren’t included in your Snazzy Cosmetics order or shipping total, we recommend checking with your local customs agency if you're unsure. This also applies to discounted, promotional, or giveaway items.
All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. Thank you for understanding!
Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box address?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to PO Box addresses. Our courier partners often require a signature upon delivery, so a physical address is needed to ensure your package arrives safely.
Returns & Refunds
What is the return or refund policy?
Since our products are made and packed with care in small batches, we’re only able to accept returns if you received the wrong item or if something arrived damaged.
Please note that original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. At this time, we’re not able to provide return labels, so return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

What happens to my Snazzy Credit if I return an item?
If you return an item, any credit earned from that item will be removed. If you’ve already used the credit, we may deduct it from your refund amount.

As a small indie brand, we pour so much time, care, and intention into every product—so we aren’t able to run frequent sales or offer many discounts.

What is Snazzy Credit?
Snazzy Credit is our version of store credit. You’ll earn 5% back with every order, ready to use toward your next purchase.
How much Snazzy Credit do I earn?
You’ll receive 5% of your order total (excluding shipping and discounts) back in Snazzy Credit.
When will I receive my Snazzy Credit?
Snazzy Credit is issued 10 days after your order is placed. This gives us time to make sure everything goes smoothly with your order before adding the credit to your account.
How long is my Snazzy Credit valid?
Snazzy Credit is valid for 90 days from the day it’s issued. You’ll have plenty of time to use it on whatever catches your eye next!
How do I use my Snazzy Credit?
Once issued, your credit will automatically appear at checkout when you’re logged into your account. Just choose to apply it to your next order!
Do I need an account to earn Snazzy Credit?
Yes. Snazzy Credit is linked to your customer account. Be sure to log in (or sign up!) before checking out so your credit can be tracked and applied correctly.
Products & Stocks
Are your products cruelty-free and/or vegan?
Our products will always be cruelty-free. No animal testing, ever.
Some formulas may or may not be vegan, so we recommend checking the product description for full ingredient details.
Do you test on animals?
Never. We do not test on animals, and we ensure our suppliers don’t either by requesting updated Non-animal Testing Declarations.
The pigments, colorants, and most cosmetic ingredients we use have a long-standing history of safe use in food, drugs, and cosmetics. Because they were tested and approved long ago, no further testing is required today. We never test on animals, and we only work with ingredients that don’t call for it.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made in small batches in Malaysia.
What’s the shelf life of your products?
You can find the expiry date printed on the product’s box, it's there to help you enjoy your goodies while they’re at their best.
